VACANT PROPERTY REGISTRATION
Property Safeguard Corp. operates a thorough system for tracking ordinance, administrative, regulatory, and statutory changes via its Vacant Property Registration Department, Legal Department, and a legislative tracking service. Property Safeguard Corp. handles property registrations, renewals, and de-registrations on behalf of its clients as required.
Does not include fee for registration, de-registration, or renewal.
Property registration
We handle the registration process for both foreclosure and vacant properties, making sure all mandatory forms and fees are submitted to the appropriate municipal authorities. Additionally, we oversee timelines, renew registrations when necessary, and promptly deregister properties upon notification of their disposition by our clients.
